No bike - NO PROBLEM!
Not everyone own a bike, but that should not stop you from exploring these bike routes. Here are some links to companies that offer bikes for hire.
BUA is a national, no-profit organization that hire out sports equipment for FREE! Borrowing a bike is one of the many things they offer here.
Bergen Bike Rent offer off-road bikes and electrical bikes for a fee. Visit their site here.
Bergen City Bike is mainly for use around the city center. The bikes here can be hired through an app. Read more about that here.

Here are some suggestions to continue your journey once you reach the destinations described on our website.
Fana
The ride to Fana is the longest, but if you want to make the journey a day-event you can continue cycling to the beautiful Nordåsvatnet. The route is described in detail here.
Another suggestion is to travel around Myrdalsvatnet, just north of Fana.
Fyllingsdalen
From Fyllingsdalen you can continue your bike ride to Solheimslien. Read more about the route here on ut.no
Laksevåg
From scenic Laksevåg the journey can continue via Kanadaskogen to Straume. Read more on ut.no. Please note that the route is described from Straume to Laksevåg on this page.
Landås
Landås is the shortest ride, but provide many options if you feel like hiking up a mountain before cycling home.
Landåsfjellet and Nubbevatnet are medium difficulty trip. More information and map is found here.
The most famouse mountain in Bergen is Ulriken which is situated near Landås. There are several ways to climb this mountain - by foot or cabel car. Visit the website for Ulriken here or ut.no for the hike here.
There is actually another option when visiting Ulriken - your bike! For those dardevils out there it is possible to bring the bike up to the top and fly down the hill on your ride. Learn more about that here. Just remember to watch where you cycle, some of the path down crosses the hike path!
